SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

Most products are shipped within 3-5 business days from the partner courier company or using your own means upon request. Please note that large parcels form an exception, and are being shipped within 5-10 business days instead. Deliveries take place throughout the day from 09:00 to 18:00. Deliveries may be delayed in case of problems with the country’s road network or severe weather conditions.

Your orders may be delivered anywhere in Greece from the partner courier company. The amount changed is determined according to the total weight of your order. For international deliveries please contact us directly and we can give you a quote based on the country of delivery.

You can pick up your order from our head office in Neo Psychiko, (Athens-Greece) without extra cost, just tick the box where it says about delivery methods at the checkout. As soon as we receive your order and it is ready for pickup we will contact you to arrange a time/date convenient for you to pass by. 

Return & Exchange Policy

Our products have our company’s quality & conformity guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the products you ordered for any reason, you can return them within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

Returns will be accepted, as long as the item is in the same condition in which it was received, i.e., in their original packaging with all original labels in place. It should be noted that defective items or items that are different from your order form will be returned at our own expense. To return the products you should use the partner courier company.

It should be noted that to return products purchased online proof of purchase must be provided.

Rotate products purchased from other stores cannot be returned/exchanged through the online store.

Please note that certain products cannot be returned for the protection of consumers.

  • Towels cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Seasonal items and items on sale or special offers cannot be returned

  • In all other cases, the cost to return the product and the shipment insurance cost are charged to the customer

If you want to cancel your order for any reason, you can do it within 3hrs of your order. Please call us on (+30) 2108136319, or send us an e-mail at rotate@rotatedesigns.com, indicating your order number.
